We offer Landlords financial security on long-term lets of up to five years. We work with local businesses to find suitable clients and continue to pay you while we do that. This means no voids for you and no property management fees.

We take care of your property so you don’t have to. Our local team can perform full maintenance and guest management 7 days a week.

We give you the space to focus on other priorities with no headaches, no stress, and no issues. We will even perform a cosmetic refurb where needed giving you peace of mind that your property will be returned to you in great condition.

Contact us to arrange a viewing and if your property is a good fit for us then we will quickly move forward and set up a 3-5 year company let agreement. We can get set up in a matter of days.

Once we are under contract we will get your property ready for our clients. We do the marketing and vetting to ensure we are selective about who can stay in the property. Although you have assigned your property to us we see you as our partner and no.1 client - we will never make any significant changes to your property without your agreement.

Enjoy your new found freedom! Throughout the term we will take care of all minor repairs and issues and maintain the standard of the property and unlike traditional property management we do not charge management fees.

At the end of the 5 year term we have three potential options: 1) we can renew the contract for a further 3-5 years, 2) we can return the property to you or 3) we can purchase the property

Our main clients are companies that are looking for accommodation for their employees while they are working away from home. We are very selective about who we work with. When guests book directly with us we vet them ourselves to ensure they are suitable.

We are very selective about the type of guests that will stay at your property but nonetheless accidents will happen and wear and tear is inevitable. We perform regular checks on the property so that we can identify and address issues early. In addition we take full responsibility for maintaining the standard of the property throughout the term.

For the long term security of both our landlords and clients we prefer to sign a 5 year lease. However, we understand that circumstances can change and we can therefore include a break clause at the end of year 3 so that you can exit at that point if necessary.

Yes, we will provide you with a company let agreement which enables us to sub-let your property. This agreement gives you much great protection as a landlord than an AST agreement does. Unlike traditional tenancies - our guests do not have tenant's rights over your property.
